From athlete to coach — from losing myself to finding my purpose.
I grew up chasing excellence.
As a multi-sport athlete, I was recruited to play at a Big Ten college — the dream I’d worked for since I was a kid. But life had other plans. Family challenges forced me to walk away from that opportunity, and for a long time, I carried the weight of that loss — emotionally and physically.
Over the next two years, I fell into a deep depression and gained 75 pounds. I felt disconnected from my body, my confidence, and the athlete I once was. But that pain became my catalyst. I started moving again — not to punish myself, but to heal. Each workout became an act of rebuilding — a step toward strength, clarity, and self-worth.
What began as a personal recovery became my life’s mission.
Now, as a certified trainer specializing in functional mobility, performance, and holistic wellness, I help others rebuild their strength from the inside out — no matter where they’re starting.

I believe fitness should make you feel powerful in your own body. My approach centers on functional mobility — training the body to move the way life demands.
That means improving strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance through intentional, dynamic movement patterns — not endless reps or fad workouts.
Because real strength isn’t just about how much weight you can lift; it’s about how well you can move, live, and thrive.
